    Inside Sales Account Manager

    • The Inside Sales Account Manager’s primary emphasis is driving revenue. This is done by qualifying potential business opportunities and contacting key decision makers, through phone calls and email.  Successful people in this role are comfortable engaging with business people at all levels. 

    Responsibilities

    • Execute proactive phone calls and email outreach to target businesses, identifying digital and print solutions for business needs
    • Build a sales pipeline and overcome challenges in our sales environment
    • Build excellent relationships with customers and prospects through outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM’s as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to properly document activities for accountability.

    Qualifications

    • Energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
    • Proven record of successful performance, exceeding monthly quota objective through outbound sales activities
    • 1-2 years phone sales experience
    • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
    • The ability to work well in a competitive team environment
