This position will be a multi-purpose support position to support Verge Campus Group and the Accounting Department.
The job duties of the new shared services position will include:
Bachelor’s degree required
1+ years experience in account management
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Excellent customer telephone skills, documentation and spreadsheet skills
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with web site advertising products, deal applications a plus
Positive attitude and desire to deal with customers near college campus markets and sales persons throughout USA.
